Mixing

Far heath prides itself on truly accurate monitoring. Consequently, what you hear in the mixing studio will be the same as when it is played at home or on the radio.

Our control room has been designed and built to the highest specification by world-renowned studio designers White Mark Ltd (Peter Gabriel’s Real World, The Strongroom, Hit Factory). Their work has culminated in a truly neutral environment to mix in.

Our professional mixing facilities

When mixing, a combination of Pro Tools running through the SSL console gets the depth and accuracy into your mixes. This process is then routed via the SSL Mix Buss compressor to get the sound you hear on so many classic tracks.

Also for mixing purposes, a vast array of analogue and digital modules are available to create a diverse plethora of effects, these include the Lexicon 960 Reverbs and Eventide H3000 harmonizer.
